Thanks for rocking with AIWDIFE. These terms are the ground rules for using our site and buying our gear. We kept them as plain as we could.

1. Who we are

AIWDIFE and this website, www.aiwdife.com, are operated by Spyglass Management, Inc. ("AIWDIFE," "we," "us," "our"). The store runs on Shopify. You can reach us at support@aiwdife.com.

By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Shipping Policy, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Independent fan gear: not affiliated or endorsed

AIWDIFE is an independent apparel brand. Our products are unofficial and unlicensed fan gear. AIWDIFE is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, licensed by or approved by any university, college, school, athletic program, team, league, conference, athletic association, coach, player or brand.

Any references to places, teams, schools or events in our designs or product descriptions are there only to describe the fan community the gear is made for. They don't mean there's any official connection.

Some products are made on third-party blank garments. The makers of those blanks don't make, sponsor or endorse AIWDIFE designs, and their names and trademarks belong to their owners.

3. Heads up on content

Our site and designs use adult humor and some (censored) profanity. If that's not your thing, no hard feelings.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, or have a parent's or guardian's permission. You agree to give accurate, complete information when you check out.

5. Made-to-order products

Our items are made after you order. Production and shipping times are covered in our Shipping Policy. Product images are digital mockups, so colors on your screen may differ slightly from the finished product. Thread and print colors, design placement and sizing can vary slightly from item to item. These small variations aren't defects. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

6. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are shown on each product page. Shipping and any taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
We can change prices, products or availability at any time without notice.
We can refuse or cancel any order, including orders that look fraudulent, orders with pricing or listing errors, or orders we can't fulfill. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We don't see or store your full card number.

7. Shipping, cancellations, returns and refunds

Delivery times, shipping costs and lost packages are covered in our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, defective, damaged or wrong items, and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy. In short: no returns for size, color or a change of mind, but report a defective, damaged, misprinted or wrong item within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it. Those policies are part of these terms.

8. Our content

The AIWDIFE name, wordmark, designs, logos, product photos, text and site content belong to AIWDIFE or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or use them commercially without our written permission.

9. Reviews, photos and messages you send us

If you send us reviews, photos, ideas or other content, you give us permission to use, display and share it, including on our site and social media, without paying you. You agree your content won't be illegal, abusive or misleading, and won't infringe anyone's rights. We can remove any content at any time.

10. Things you can't do

You agree not to use the site to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, upload viruses or malicious code, scrape or collect data, interfere with the site's security, place fraudulent orders, or harass anyone. We can suspend or block access for anyone who breaks these terms.

11. Third-party services and links

Our site uses third-party services, such as Shopify, payment processors, Printful (our production and fulfillment partner) and shipping carriers, and may link to other websites. We're not responsible for third-party sites or services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

12. Disclaimer

Except as stated in our Refund Policy, the site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some places don't allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, AIWDIFE and its owners, team members and partners aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that come from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to cover AIWDIFE and its owners, team members and partners against claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that come from your breaking these terms or the law, or from content you submit.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
